• ⚠️ Safety Tip: Happy travel comes first! ・Bipenggou Scenic Area has a maximum altitude of over 3800 meters. Friends with high blood pressure, heart disease, coronary heart disease, asthma, cerebral hemorrhage, and those with a history of surgery in recent years may experience altitude sickness, so it is not recommended to go. ・When you first arrive at a high altitude, do not rush to run or engage in strenuous exercise. Drink plenty of water and eat more fruits, and strictly prohibit alcohol; you can prepare anti-altitude sickness medicines such as Rhodiola in advance. ・After getting on the bus, remember the tour guide's contact number for timely communication in case of an emergency; when you are free to move around and explore on your own, be sure to look after your valuables and pay attention to personal safety. ・Please follow the prescribed tour routes within the scenic area and do not go to unopen areas; horseback riding is a high-risk self-funded activity, if you want to experience it, please choose carefully and be led by a horseman. ・Along the way, you will pass through Tibetan and Qiang ethnic settlements, please respect the local customs, folk traditions, and religious beliefs, and try to travel in groups at night.
• 👟 Recommended attire: Comfortable and stress-free! There are many hiking trails within the scenic area, so comfortable, non-slip sports shoes are an absolute must for enjoying the scenery and taking photos. The temperature difference between morning and evening on the plateau is significant, with temperatures ranging from -5 to 15℃ this season, so be sure to bring a warm coat. The UV rays are very strong during the day, so make sure to bring a sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Ladies are not advised to wear high heels or skirts; comfortable travel is more suitable for mountain hiking.
• 📍Meeting & Dismissal Notice---⏰Meeting Time: Check-in and gather at 05:40, depart promptly at 06:00. Depart early to be among the first to encounter the beautiful scenery of Western Sichuan✨. 📍Meeting Location: The exact location will be notified by the tour guide one day before departure. 🏁Dismissal: Return around 20:00. The drop-off location will be subject to actual arrangements on the day. 💡For group tours with individual travelers, there may be a brief waiting period. • 🍜 Regarding dining: The itinerary does not include meals throughout the trip. You can bring your own favorite road snacks, or you can replenish supplies at rest stops along the way. If you want to try local specialties, you can also ask the guide for recommendations to easily discover the flavors of Western Sichuan, China.
• 🎒 Recommended to bring: ・Power bank: Taking photos in the mountains consumes power quickly, keep it fully charged so you don't miss recording the glacier forest. ・Drinking water + snacks: Replenish energy at any time during the hike for a more comfortable journey. ・Sunscreen + rain gear: Plateau weather changes quickly, it's safer to be prepared for both sun and rain. ・Common medicines: Cold medicine, stomach medicine, altitude sickness medicine, and motion sickness medicine can all be prepared, just in case.

• 👨‍🏫Tour Guide Arrangement and Itinerary Agreement: For groups of 15 people or more, a dedicated tour guide will be arranged; if the number of people is less than 15, there will be no dedicated tour guide, and the driver will also serve as the guide. Regardless of the configuration, the service standards will remain consistent. This itinerary focuses on natural scenery sightseeing and will not affect the overall travel and play experience.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
