Hanoi - Ninh Binh/ Tam Coc/Trang An/ Bai Dinh Minivan by Duy Khang Limousine

I used this service twice in total for round-trip transportation between Hanoi and Tam Coc. Initially, I planned to take the train, but I found this service to be ideal during the rainy season when the weather is unpredictable. In both Hanoi and Tam Coc, the process involved being picked up at my accommodation, then transferring to another van at a tourist center-like location, and finally, if necessary, transferring again to be dropped off at my next hotel. The van can change up to three times. (Sometimes no transfer is needed, but the driver always calls out names for transfers, so there's no need to worry about language barriers.) Taking the train would have been difficult, especially in the rain, as I would have needed to use GRAB to get to the station, so the hotel-to-hotel transfer was easy and very helpful.

Taking the train would have been difficult in the rain, for example, getting to the station via Grab, so the hotel-to-hotel transfer was easy and very helpful. *Note: During my stay in Hanoi, I received a WhatsApp message about 15 minutes before the pickup time. Since the guesthouse alley was narrow, I was asked to come to the nearby main street, so it's best to be ready and waiting just before the pickup. In Tam Coc, there was no prior contact, and the driver came directly to the reception of my accommodation.

I would say the service is truly unexpected! I have delayed booking this one because of the reviews, but reviews are truly very subjective. In our experience, the trip was organized and sufficient. The bus is clean and the ride felt smooth that we barely felt the bumps on the road. We had a fellow passenger reading a book inside and not feel dizzy kind of smooth. If there's any suggestion for improvement, it could be the pick up time because we were picked up from our hotel at our booking time. I thought it's going to be at least 15 minutes before that so we can leave their bus station at our booked schedule. For illustration, we booked for 11:30AM. We were picked up at that exact time, reached their station, and then the bus left at exactly 12:00PM. There were other passengers on the bus so that's understandable. Other than that, I would say it's still perfect!

Amazing service overall. However, we had to repeatedly call Klook customer support to get the driver to pick us up. Once the pickup was sorted, both the shuttle car and the limousine bus were excellent, making for a very comfortable journey.

they picked up us at keangnam, i received a message from the owner that i have to send a picture from where i stand, i had a little trouble i didn’t download whatsapp beforehand that’s why i had a little trouble. i am grateful for the lady from starbucks who helped us. the service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the owner was very accomodating and the drivers are very helpful. Fuss-free service from hanoi to ninh binh, direct to my hotel. Driver was on time - pick up will be by car to somewhere for transfer to minibus. Similarly, after alighting at station, car transfer will be required to send you to hotel. Overall, satisfactory service and will recommend for all.

I chose a limousine for transportation from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Thanks to that, I was able to travel very comfortably for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The ride is quite comfortable! Through the driver have some limited in english, he is attentive and assure that have safe ride.
