Fuss-free service from hanoi to ninh binh, direct to my hotel. Driver was on time - pick up will be by car to somewhere for transfer to minibus. Similarly, after alighting at station, car transfer will be required to send you to hotel. Overall, satisfactory service and will recommend for all.

I chose a limousine for transportation from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Thanks to that, I was able to travel very comfortably for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The ride is quite comfortable! Through the driver have some limited in english, he is attentive and assure that have safe ride.

driver was 10-15min early on location for pick up, also the ride to Minh Bihn was smooth fast and safe.

Its alright, they were fine. the experience was pleasant, tho it seems like they were unsure where the pick up of the hotel was at first, but all was resolved. Contacts was also a little hard.

I left my accommodation late in the morning and was about 5 minutes behind schedule. I was worried the bus had already left and was wondering what to do when a man approached me with my name on a list, asking if I was going to Ninh Binh. I was so relieved. I was very grateful that they didn't leave right away and waited for all the passengers. We arrived at our destination very quickly. It rained a lot, so I couldn't go to Trang An, but I arrived safely in Ninh Binh.

Taking a minibus from Hanoi to Ninh Binh is very convenient. They pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and drop you off at your hotel in Ninh Binh. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. The ride is comfortable and the price is reasonable.

We booked a transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. We were picked up from the hotel by a van then driven to the outskirts of Hanoi and moved into the limousine- all was smooth. Then the limousine dropped us off at the office somewhere near Ninh Binh and then another van picked us up and drove us to the designated hotel. It would have been nice to be informed of what was going to happen at each stage of the journey or what was our next step going to be but that was not possible probably due to the English language barrier. Overall good service though.
