This is a very comprehensive and fun excursion. Keep in mind that there's limited time at each location to see everything, but you'll have enough time to visit all of them if you organize yourself well. This type of excursion is perfect for seeing tourist sites that are far apart if you don't have access to a car. Personally, I loved it; the places you visit are beautiful, and they make an effort to take you when there are hardly any people. In fact, we were the first ones at the suspension bridge and were able to enjoy the views all to ourselves. Lastly, I want to recommend our fantastic guide, Park, who was very kind and considerate. He took us to eat at a typical rice restaurant that was delicious. Without a doubt, highly recommended.
I joined this Gyeongju tour from Busan right in the middle of autumn and it was absolutely beautiful. Every place we visited: from Bulguksa Temple, Woljeonggyo Bridge to Daewangam… looked magical under the golden leaves. Our guide, Mr Park Jeong Ho, was kind, knowledgeable and caring the whole day. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable. It was such a relaxing and memorable trip, highly recommend!
Thank you to tour guide Park for being so considerate in adjusting the itinerary for our group of four. Because it was Sunday, he took us to Woljeong Bridge, Daereungwon Tomb Complex, and Cheomseongdae Observatory early in the morning, so we could enjoy a peaceful version of Gyeongju. For lunch, we ate delicious traditional Korean food recommended by the guide, then went to Bulguksa Temple where the maple leaves and ginkgo trees were beautifully colored. Finally, we walked across Daewangam Park Suspension Bridge before returning. It was a wonderful trip.
The places were quite nice. But due to chuseok, it was so crowded, our tour van couldnt find a place to park (nothing our guide can do about it, so maybe going after holidays is better). We were 11 people, went via a van with AC. Our guide did their best to accommodate to our preferences, even found another restaurant for the ones who didnt want to eat the local famous dish, dropped them off & picked them up too. Our guide could speak English so we had no issues, but keep in mind that this is mostly a self-guided tour - although our guide did his best to explain the locations. The tomb complex needs to be visited individually and i think it should take your half a day. It's a big area with the village street, tombs, and the observatory, families are taking a walk, kites are flying up... it's so peaceful, shouldn't be squeezed in time if you want to look around in detail. Some people lagged behind, but our guide helped them so our ETA wasnt so stretched. Overall satisfied 👍
This time I chose a day trip to Gyeongju. The beautiful scenery of Daewangam Rock in Ulsan was refreshing, and the history and monuments of Gyeongju are still vivid. Although the itinerary was a little rushed and I couldn't carefully appreciate every spot, I could return to Busan in the evening to arrange other activities. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is very high, and you don't have to worry about transportation!
Traveling Gyeongju with tour guide 박정호 is funny. He recommended us traditional Korean food which was really nice and delicious. The day of our trip is sunny and cloudy. We enjoy the trip a lot.
Taking a day trip to Gyeongju from Busan is definitely worth it; the whole trip is a great value; every attraction is amazing; recommended for tourists visiting Busan for the second time or more.

Tour Guide: Very responsible, punctual, and even arrived early to pick us up. Group Size: 6 people. If you have luggage, please notify us in advance, as there is no dedicated space for luggage in the vehicle. Itinerary: Reasonable and sufficient; every attraction is worth visiting. Attractions Along the Way: Definitely worth a visit.
the tour was okay, but pls be mindful that this is a self-guided tour. so for those wanting to have all their free time, this is for you. we only had a driver and dropped us on each destination.
