Beauty Play - Cosmetic Free Sample in Myeongdong, Hongdae

Love the experience! check-in process was seamless and someone was there to assist if you had problems. Was given a few sample items to try. There was a pop-up event and the product were priced fairly and inexpensive.

It was a fun experience, got to try their free skin and color analysis. Lots of cute spots to take pictures. We even got some freebies to take home upon registering.

Staff is accommodating, and my sister and I were able to get the free skin analysis. Highly recommended!

The best thing about this experience is the skincare of the skin. I even got this for my face . I experienced it, and I will buy more of it to bring to the Philippines and use there.

I thought it would be a self-exploratory store, but at the doorstep, I was greeted by staff who clearly explained the steps and things to do there. I was so relieved to be there. And I picked the eye makeup service, and I think that the staff did a really great job. She is so cute and kind. a 10/10 and will go back to this branch again

We also tried the free skin analysis and i was able to learn my skin issues. there was just a bit of confusion after the skin analysis where the one who did our skin analysis told us to go to the lady outside to get recommendations for skin care products. When we went to that lady she didn't know what we were talking about and passed us to another person. She looked annoyed that we went to her.

I got some free cosmetic samples. It seemed like you could get them without showing a Klook coupon. You can also get more samples by following cosmetic brands on Instagram. There weren't many staff members, so there was definitely a wait for skin analysis and makeup trials. It would have been nice to have a little more guidance, but I did the AI skin analysis myself (only available in English or Korean). There was also a photo spot, so it would probably be fun to go with girlfriends. There were also Western tourists here!

Easy booking and redemption! We arrived at 5 pm and the staff did not usher us, just allowed to operate the machine. Could be a good experience but some staff are not that friendly to first-time visitors.

Beauty play at Myeongdong very easy to find and their staff friendly too. They have pop up store so we grab it as it more cheaper then outside. They will ask you what you choose make up or skin analysis? . we choose for skin analysis and the girl there explain to us
