The entire trip was very comfortable. While searching for the Northern Lights, passengers could enjoy hot drinks in the cabin while waiting, or go to the deck to take pictures. When the Northern Lights appeared, the captain would notify the passengers to go to the deck to watch and take pictures. The whole trip was very relaxing and suitable for families to participate together.
this trip was beyond expectation. just get this ticket. Dont forget to add Sauna and Jaccuzi for swimmrt
the boat took a trip around the tromso island. we are lucky to see the northern lights although on a cloudy night.

Trip was cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled due to bad weather. Although the tour provider offer to reschedule to the next day, we didn't accept it due to conflicting activity. Klook rep processed our refund very efficiently.
A completely non-existent and fake trip. I arrived at the reservation location early and there was no one there. I found the boat in the picture and called out to the elderly couple inside. They said there was no such activity or itinerary at all. Klook is purely a scam software.
The activity was canceled on the day of, you need to contact Klook directly to apply for a refund.
