Fast and effiecient, just a bit far from the nha trang city center and the taxi is expensive going here but their service is good and we arrived safe and sound.

For just 20,000 won, you can travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang—what a great deal! However, if you are over 175cm (5'9") tall, you might want to reconsider. I'm 174cm (5'8.5") and the seat was just right for me. Those taller than me would likely find the 9-hour journey uncomfortable. When I arrived, I was able to take a free shuttle from the sleeping bus drop-off point directly to Nha Trang city center, which was very convenient. However, other reviews mentioned that this service wasn't available, so it seems to be hit or miss. Also, please note that the female staff member at the Ho Chi Minh City bus boarding location was unfriendly.

This is the cheapest and fastest option going to Nha trang, the driver drives fast but safely and the beds are comfortable. They have water and a blanket. We arrived at Nha trang before 6am and they offer a free drop off to the city center

Seats are comfortable and nice. The curtains and blanket were dirty and need laundry. The worst thing about my trip was it took 9hrs from Nha Trang to HCM! So many stopovers! We stopped 6x! It’s frustrating.

Very cost-effective, but the driver will chat all the time, it is a bit noisy when I sit in the front, and it is easy to fall asleep when I am too sleepy. People are very friendly

I believe I have been the victim of fraud. I attempted to cancel my reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time; however, I was informed that the booking could not be cancelled until it had been confirmed—yet the confirmation was only issued *after* that point. Consequently, by the time the booking was confirmed, the cancellation window had effectively closed, and my request to cancel was rejected on the grounds that the designated time limit had elapsed. As a result, I was unable to take the trip, I lost my money, and I am now demanding a refund. For the record, I subsequently visited the booking office, where I was informed that the reservation would not have been confirmed anyway due to the bus being fully booked.
