Xiamen Yunshuiyao Ancient Town Full-Day Guided Tour

Although, we didn’t speak much Chinese, we really appreciated our friendly guide Ms. Qu. We were able to communicate with her using online translation tools. The organization also communicated with us using Wechat, which was also helpful. We were with a small group of about 12 people and enjoyed visiting the Tulou villages. Lots of fascinating history. It did become quite crowded with larger tour groups often shouting directions using megaphones, which disrupted some of the peaceful ambience of the village. Also many vendors trying to sell souvenirs, which was a bit overwhelming. We respect everyone needs to make a living, but it did takeaway some of the tranquility of the rural peace and quiet. Overall, interesting visit, and value for money.

great bus very new and comfortable. the guide came for me by taxi. food was amazing, super fresh and tasty. guide even used WeChat to communicate and give information in English. beautiful area and buildings

The tour representative was attentive and incredibly responsive. The trip is smooth and comfortable while the guide is friendly and knowledgeable (if you understand Chinese). Five stars all the way around!!

The travel experience was very good, especially the tour guide Ms. Wang Qin's considerate service and explanations along the way were highly praised by the group members. She is an excellent tour guide and is worth recommending. However, this earth building tour was also full of knowledge and experience. Although the lunch standard was not high, the food was still good. Overall, it was a very good travel experience.

absolutely recommend this tour! Though we didn't speak mandarin much but Mr Chen took care of us very well and very friendly. his tour guide colleague was very friendly too & was doing a good job in helping to take photos for us (absolute bonus for us). we went back to city around 17:30 pm, and that's what we are looking for cause we have limited time in Xiamen. after the tour, we still have the chance to visit bashi market & zhongshan road at night. love this tour! thank you Mr Chen & the other Mr tour guide.

The itinerary was fulfilling. The tour leader explained the history and local characteristics along the way. The local guide of the Tulou was very friendly. Although there were occasional situations in the park where several tour guides were amplifying the explanations in the same area and it was not clear, the overall experience was good.

The bus was very clean, the driver was very enthusiastic, and it was a great trip!

The minibus seats are a bit small and the bus is full during our trip. The minibus is punctual to pick us up from the hotel. Our tour guide is average and the sightseeing place is quite interesting and it is a good experience to visit. Our tour includes lunch and the food is average and not for a full meal.

The tour leader and the local guide can carefully explain the various attractions, taking everyone into the beautiful Yunshuiyao Ancient Town and understanding the beauty of the Tulou
