• Restaurants or open shopping malls around attractions, as well as open shops on Gulangyu Island and within attractions, are not considered shopping stores.
• Personal travel accident insurance is not included. Guests are advised to purchase travel accident insurance. Our company will not be liable for economic losses caused by the receiving party's failure to provide reminders or failure to purchase accident insurance.
• Travelers should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the itinerary; those under 2 years old or over 70 years old, those with cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, hearing, or vision impairments, those unsuitable for long-distance and high-altitude travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions and physical disabilities are not suitable to participate; any consequences caused by concealment shall be borne by the traveler.
• When signing the contract, please provide valid and correct identification information, and carry your identification documents with you during the trip. Any losses caused by forgetting or losing them, such as being unable to board the plane or check into a hotel, shall be borne by the traveler.
• During the journey, rest stops and restrooms will be provided along the way. Please proactively pay and prepare small change. This includes post-meal breaks, hotel breaks, and free activities indicated in the itinerary, all of which are considered free time. During these periods, tourists are solely responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not participate in activities that violate Chinese laws or are otherwise inappropriate.
• This product is a nationwide group tour for individual travelers. Due to its special nature, waiting may occur depending on specific flights, weather, road conditions, train schedules, different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the connection of travelers with different itineraries; all times agreed upon in the itinerary are estimates, and actual times may vary. Any personal or property loss during the trip caused by public transportation shall be borne by the traveler; if the traveler is unable to travel due to reasons not caused by our agency, our agency will charge incurred expenses and a business reservation loss fee. If a replacement person is needed, a new contract shall be signed. If a refund is requested after departure, all tour fees will not be refunded; if the traveler's itinerary changes due to reasons not caused by our agency, our agency will not compensate for reduced portions, and any increased costs shall be borne by the traveler.
• Before traveling, please understand the weather and geographical conditions of your destination in advance, and prepare common items for warmth, heat relief, sun protection, rain protection, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the vehicle during the trip, while driving, in hotels, in scenic spots, and at dining points; smoking is prohibited in scenic spots, please protect public environmental hygiene.
• All scenic spots and stopovers along the way have tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, Dharma circulation centers, local specialties, and small shops selling various items. These are not services provided by our agency, especially sales by private vendors, which are beyond our control. If you do not wish to buy, please do not bargain; if interested, tourists should make their own judgment. Any purchases are personal acts, and any consequences shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Due to special reasons causing standard errors, refunds and compensation will be made according to actual circumstances in accordance with the "Tourism Law"; due to special circumstances during the tour, our agency reserves the right to temporarily adjust the tour itinerary without reducing the number of attractions visited.
• If the traveler's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or its assistants could not avoid despite exercising reasonable care, our agency will refund the unused fees; if the traveler is stranded, our agency will assist in making arrangements, and any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the traveler.
• Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without prior consultation will be considered a breach of contract by the traveler. Any uncompleted portions will be deemed voluntarily forfeited, and our agency will not issue refunds or bear any additional expenses incurred by the traveler as a result. Refunds for normal items (tickets, accommodation) will be based on our agency's discounted prices, not the listed prices. The traveler shall bear all consequences arising from unauthorized departure from the group.
• Our agency will monitor team quality at all times. Please understand the limitations of group tours for individual travelers and communicate any team quality issues with our agency promptly so that we can assist in resolving them. Before the tour concludes, travelers are requested to objectively and carefully complete the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey." Our agency will not process feedback that contradicts the opinions signed by the individual after the tour is completed.
