- Please arrive at the designated meeting point at the time agreed upon with your tour guide. Punctuality is essential to avoid delays for other travelers. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any missed tours due to tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
- For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent or adult traveler throughout the entire journey. This itinerary involves a high level of physical activity. Travelers booking this trip must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are elderly travelers aged 70 (inclusive) or above, they must be accompanied by at least one relative aged 18-69 to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding. - In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions stipulated in the Product Confirmation and the main Travel Contract (Standard Text), the terms and conditions in the Product Confirmation shall prevail.
- Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, identification number, nationality, contact information, whether adult or child, etc.) when booking to avoid errors that may affect your travel. Guests are responsible for all losses incurred due to providing incorrect personal information.
- This product requires a minimum of 1 person to form a group. If the tour is not formed due to reasons on our part, the travel agency will provide compensation in accordance with the breach of contract terms agreed upon by both parties.
- This tour combines individual travelers. While ensuring the service content and standards remain unchanged, you may share transportation and tour with guests from other travel agencies. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the travel agency's unified arrangement of the itinerary after group combination.
- During the actual trip for this product, the tour guide and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of attractions) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure a smooth trip, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the guests agree. If the original itinerary cannot be executed due to force majeure or other factors, our company will refund any overpayment or require additional payment to cover the cost changes incurred as a result. Thank you for your cooperation.
- During the tour, if attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure, the tour guide may, after consultation with the guests, cancel or replace the attraction based on the actual situation. Alternatively, the tour guide will refund the ticket price as stated in the travel product on-site. Please note that refunds are not based on the景区's listed price. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of force majeure, such as typhoons or high tides, that prevent cruises on the Outer Qinhuai River, the tour guide will refund the corresponding discounted boat ticket price of ¥15 per person.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions requiring changes to the meeting times, the tour guide or accompanying staff will make an announcement at that time.
- During the group tour, tourists are not allowed to leave the group or tour without the consent of the tour leader/guide during non-free time. With the consent of the tour leader/guide, you should sign a disclaimer and ensure your personal and property safety during this period. Any uncompleted portion will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded for the itinerary where actual losses have been incurred.
- Complimentary offerings are subject to availability based on the venue's capacity and weather conditions. Guests may choose to participate or decline.
- Optional activities are available for guests who voluntarily choose to participate at their own expense. Participation is not mandatory. The price includes guide service fees and transportation costs. Guests who bring their own tickets or are eligible for discounts with valid credentials will be charged a parking and guide service fee of ¥100 per location.
- During peak season or other special circumstances, departure times may be earlier to ensure your tour itinerary is not affected (the specific departure time is subject to the tour guide's notification), which may prevent you from enjoying the hotel breakfast as usual. We recommend that you coordinate with the hotel for a packed breakfast or prepare your own. Thank you for your understanding.
- During the tour, some attractions, restaurants, rest areas and other places may have shopping venues such as shopping malls. These venues are not designated shopping locations arranged by the travel agency. We remind tourists to consume rationally according to their own needs and ask for necessary invoices. If a consumer dispute arises, you will be responsible for the relevant responsibilities and obligations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Pre-departure notice: Before 6 PM one day prior to departure, a tour notice or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you.
