The driver was waiting in the hotel lobby holding a sign and the service was friendly. The rest stop in the middle also waited patiently for us to use the restroom and buy Chinese food. The driver was on time, although he didn't talk much and seemed serious, but he tried to make us comfortable and communicated through google translate. He drove carefully and alertly. He was willing to help load and unload our luggage. The car was also clean.
This is my first experience to use this service. I was always nervous and thought I couldn't find the car, but later I discovered that if I walked a little further, there was a whole row of companies picking me up from the airport. You can find your name inside, and there are staff waiting to help you find a car, which is very convenient and safe. The driver was also very kind and provided a 15-minute break during the trip so you could use the restroom or buy something to eat.
TTS customer service will reconfirm the pick-up location and time. The driver 👨🏻 arrived at the hotel in advance to wait for us. Since the drive back to Bangkok takes about 3 hours, the driver also asked if we would like to stop at the rest stop to let us go to the bathroom and take a walk. , he will also avoid the relatively traffic jams in Bangkok and smoothly take us to the hotel in Bangkok. Service provider- Thai Rythmn. Driver arrived at hotel much earlier so was able to leave Hua Hin earlier than expected to avoid the after office rush hour. Traffic was relatively heavy on the highway from Hua Hin and increasingly stacked up once arriving Bangkok. Driver was good as he avoided the jam packed areas of Sukhumvit/Asoke and instead took the short cuts through residential areas. Will book again
The ride was to drop us off at the hotel in Bangkok. The driver arrived 5-10 min before the scheduled time. He didn't speak much English. We confirmed the destination then he started driving. There was no need to keep chatting with the driver. Our family slept all the way to the hotel. I was awake all the time, just in case, to make sure the driver stayed in the route supposed to be. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
