- Cancellations after booking confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that refunds are not possible.
- Seating will be decided on the day of the event. Please understand in advance that it is not possible to designate the section or seat number beforehand.
- Bringing food into the concert venue is prohibited (Water is permitted).
- Photography using telephoto cameras and video recording inside the concert venue are prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted before entering the venue.
- Neither Klook nor the organizer shall bear any responsibility for lost or stolen tickets after receipt (Tickets cannot be re-issued).
- Please ensure you bring the original passport or Alien Registration Card/Certificate of Foreign Nationality for every participant on the day of the event.
- This ticket is exclusively for foreigners (Koreans cannot make reservations).
- If a minor makes a reservation, it will be considered as having been made with parental permission.

My friends and I had a really fun time at this event! Really easy to enter with no queue at the klook stand and really nice staff. We had an amazing time seeing some of our favourite groups perform and get awards!🥰

The location showed in the map was wrong. I had to ask around and the locals too couldn't help me because they too didn't understand the place shown in the map. It was 20 minutes away from the given location. At the ticket booth they couldn't find my name on their list. At the end they gave me the ticket anyway
