Great experience! The final hair result was as pictured. Courteous staff. Excellent customer service. We all used Papago to communicate. Despite the language barrier, we got great hair result. Definitely cost is comparable to high end salon in the USA.

I got my haircut here earlier last week and loved it. So I came back to do my makeup too for a photoshoot I had planned! They did a great job, definitely did everything w so much detail, precision, and expertise!! I loved how it came out. Since I got this done for pictures, they made sure to make my makeup more intense than usual so it would appear better in photos, which it definitely did :)

the assistant and the main stylist were so kind, professional, and thorough!! they really know what they’re doing. ive been to so many salons for cuts & perms by Koreans in the US, but this is definitely on a different level. The attention to detail is insane!! Also, they have some puppies roaming around that were so sweet and made the time pass quickly while waiting for the perm

It was a wonderful experience, they served me a cold drink and snacks, they did the makeup and hair just how I liked it. The makeup artist and hair stylist were really good at their jobs and all the other staff were really helpful. <3

It was my first time at this makeup salon 💄 First, I got my hair done, then my makeup. It's a good idea to prepare an image photo of your hair and makeup. I brought along the hair accessories I wanted them to wear and had them use them. It's especially disappointing when the makeup is different from what you imagined, so it's a good idea to translate the key points into Korean just in case. (For example, I wanted my under-eye bags to be well-defined, my eyelashes to be strong like an idol's, my cheeks to be pink, my lips to be pink, etc.) When I asked what makeup products they used, they let me take a photo of the product numbers as well 📸 Finally, they gave me some of the lipstick they used. It's cheaper than the stores that many Japanese people frequent and I'm satisfied with the quality, so I recommend it 🤩

Wow 🤩My 11 year old son and I got haircuts with Mindy at VOID yesterday and we are so happy with our hair! Mindy is a wizard and was able to give us better haircuts than we imagined. She listened to exactly what we asked for and improved on that. My son got a K-style haircut and it looks so good!!! We had such a fun time and all of the staff were so kind and friendly to us. We are still in shock at how good we look. The only bad part is that we have to fly 12 hours from Vancouver to come back 🥲VOID 살롱, 정말 감사합니다!

This is a great spot to get your hair and makeup done for an event. I went before a wedding and they were very nice and talented, made the whole experience less stressful and it looked gorgeous. price is also reasonable.

The atmosphere, the service, and the therapists were all very kind, so it was a very comfortable experience! And the results were amazing! I didn't know they had moved, so I went to the old location and ended up being late. However, when I explained the situation, they were happy to greet me, and thanks to VOID my trip was even better! Thank you!

I asked for makeup that objectively suited me! It was a different vibe than usual, and my friends gave it high praise! I'm also very satisfied! I was able to discover a new side of myself! I'm going to buy the makeup tools I was taught how to use right away! I also asked for an updo hairstyle, and it was exactly what I wanted! We had a fun conversation using translation, and the 2 hours flew by! Makeup and hair were done by different people, and I switched with my friend! I would like to request their services again when I come to Korea again! Thank you very much!

I was confused about the location first. I visited two different places before I was able to actually get to the right one. Luckily there was akind lady in the second location who called this location and even though I came approximately 10-15 mins late, they were extremely kind to me. I appreciate that! :) My hair was washed nicely by a young stylist. And then another stylist took me to cut my hair. She respected what I wanted and I was very happy with the cut. Thank you! :)
