Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to think and plan. it’s reasonable price for a smooth, well taken care of tour. first started with Charlyn on WhatsApp. responsive and fast, patient with all my questions and kept adjusting to my requirements as I wanted to have free day to go to USBeijing. nearer the date, we moved to a WeChat group with a team. they are very responsive and fast and they helped me to book 宫宴 online without extra charges. Next is the tour guide 律云海, he is very knowledgeable and my parents enjoyed his stories and context of the places we went to. he was able to accommodate to the teenager and elderly.

This was our first trip to Beijing and we’re so glad we booked a 4D3N private tour with 王晓晨 as our guide. He was very patient, always punctual, and often arrived early to pick us up for our tour. After each stop, he would drive to meet us at the endpoint so we didn’t have to walk back—very thoughtful and efficient. The car was also very clean and comfortable. He shared many interesting stories about Beijing’s history, which gave us a deeper appreciation of each place. One of the highlights was the food—his recommendations were excellent, all local favorites and never tourist traps. We really enjoyed the meals he introduced us to. After each day, he also suggested places we could explore on our own for the night. He’s friendly, easy-going, and made the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. I booked a 9D8N customised free & easy Yunnan trip via Klook and had a very smooth experience. After my enquiry, I was promptly directed to a WeChat contact who assisted me in customising the itinerary. Communication was easy and responsive, and they planned everything according to what I wanted. One side note: their default itinerary leans quite touristy, so if you prefer less commercialised spots, do let them know in advance. Personally, I felt that the cruise included in the itinerary wasn’t necessary and could’ve been better replaced with something more suited to my preferences. Throughout the trip, the itinerary was updated daily via a group chat, including useful things like weather forecasts. Our driver, Mr He, was excellent his driving was smooth and steady, and none of us experienced motion sickness even on winding roads. He really took good care of us the entire journey.

This seven-day journey through southern Xinjiang is like walking into the most generous oil painting of the Creator. The snow-capped peaks of Kunlun are silver crowns inlaid in the sky, and the sunset on the Pamir Plateau dyes Baisha Lake into golden silk. When the wheels roll over the winding curves of the road, you will understand what "vast mountains and rivers" are; when the Adras silk of the ancient city of Kashgar dances in the wind, you will know what "human fireworks" are. The beauty of this land is the dance of the vastness of the Gobi and the abundance of the oasis, and the symphony of the thickness of history and the splendid life. Special thanks to Guide Ma for presenting us with a perfect journey. Your steadiness on the steering wheel and the enthusiasm in the commentary let us enjoy the dual experience of "scenery outside the window and stories in the ears" at the same time. As both a live map and a cultural guide, with the reliability of an old driver and the kindness of a big brother next door, such an "all-round Guide Ma" makes the scenery of southern Xinjiang even warmer. This is my first time to customize a Yunnan trip. This trip to Yunnan was very pleasant, and the tour guide/driver service arranged for us was particularly good. Master Zhang has a deep understanding of the local conditions and customs of Yunnan. His explanations are interesting and not boring, and we have gained a lot of knowledge along the way. Our whole family came to Beijing for vacation and, because we were worried about planning the itinerary, we chose Beijing Busta Travel Agency to help us with the schedule and travel arrangements.
