Great Whale Watching Experience. The team help my son when he was sea sick while I would not want to miss the Whale Watching moment. For tourist perhaps it's best to have a bigger signage on where the exact boarding jetty is.
Depending on luck, you might see the dolphin closer if they swam near to our cruise. Nevertheless, it is quite prone to motion-sickness while the cruise is in stationary mode.
beautiful ship. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. The day we went we weren't lucky enough to see many fish so they extended the time to give us more opportunities
Firstly the communication was excellent. The company expected choppy seas and strong winds in the afternoon and rebooked us on the morning trip. The weather was very nice in the morning but the strong winds added some rough waves n big swells that rocked the boat. vomit bags are available on board. **Do take some anti sea sickness medicine before boarding. Families with young kids should also bring extra clothes along as the young ones will just vomit out with no warning. once all that is done. the experience is simply wonderful. the crew is very friendly, experts in their domain and able to answer every question about whales, dolphins, and all the migratory patterns. it was very educational adventure. Highly recommended.
Did not expect the boat to be as nice as it was. Crew really knew where to look for whales & we were not disappointed.
Satisfied! The boat had great amenities and a comfortable environment. The staff was friendly. We were happy to see so many whales and even bought some whale souvenirs. The trip from departure to disembarkation was a full two hours, which was plenty of time!
It was great! Definitely worth participating! The crew was also very friendly and helpful. Because there were too many whales, the boat was shaking so much that many people got seasick, and the crew took the initiative to provide various assistance.
Definitely can enjoyable and memorable experience with the whale watching cruise. Really love it and my family were very excited when encounter the whales.
10/10 fun experience! It was the last day of the whale viewing season but we were blessed to catch 1 mum whale and 2 calves swimming along. Even caught them breaching! Feels amazing seeing such majestic creatures 🙂 Also caught a few bottlenose dolphins swimming along. The staff were very friendly and informational as well, sharing extra knowledge making the whole experience really fun and enjoyable. My family had a lot of good memories
We are happy that reminder emails were sent to us before the day of the tour. The ship was on time and took around 25 to 30 minutes to get to where the humpback whales are spotted. They were near Rottnest island that day so we didn't have to go far. Do be careful as the waves are strong and it was quite windy, therefore you need to hold on tight to take photos or videos of the whales. As we watched the whales, the crew gave an excellent commentary on what the whales are doing and good knowledge on whales behaviour too. There is a lady that took photos of the whales where you can download them in the followup email after the tour. We had a great time talking to the crew about the other types of whales and orcas. Anti-seasickness medication might be needed if you're prone to motion sickness. Although, sick bags are provided if one needs to perform a tactical chunder.
