It was a great experience and relaxing. A great day to hang out with family and friends with the fruits, snacks and drinks included. Many activity area to recharge. Highly recommended.

I arrived at 3:00 a.m., and they told me to go in. However, they never explained that breakfast was only served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. When I woke up at 10:00 a.m., there was almost nothing left to eat except some fruit because the buffet had already been cleared out. They should have informed me about this, especially since I’m a tourist and wasn’t familiar with how everything worked.

Luxurious and clean bathing facility, no issue using the Klook coupon either. Large fruit and food selection and plenty of areas to sleep both in capsule and recliner.

A positive experience, especially if you're looking for a place to relax and shower in the final hours before a flight. The products provided are good, and the facility is comfortable for spending a few hours: you can read, watch movies, eat, and drinks are unlimited. It's very different from Italian thermal baths/spas: children are allowed, and you can't wear your own swimsuit because everything is provided by the facility. However, remember to bring your change of clothes directly into the changing room, as you won't be able to retrieve it later. Overall, I recommend it, especially as a practical solution before departing.

I had a great time here. On a 15 hour layover in Beijing this was the perfect place to chill out, eat some perfectly ripe fruit, read my book and catch a very comfortable nap. It's not the same as European spas, as there are only a few sauna/steam rooms and pools. The idea here seems to be centered more around the lounging and chilling. Everything is provided, clothes, towels, toiletries, down to hair ties, socks and eye masks to sleep. The selection of drinks is huge and you can snack endlessly on the popcorn, nuts, biscuits and of course the fruit. The only downside is that I could not get the website working on my phone for the ordered food and drinks. So I did not get to try any of the main food dishes. I also did not try the massage/therapy sessions, but I found them quite pricy compared to the reasonable entry fee. I'm not sure the Klook voucher saves much in terms of the fee, but it does provide peace of mind since it's prepaid, you won't have to worry about your card working

Klook QR code is not available. I compared the cards on site and Klook refunded the money. There were a lot of people during the May Day Golden Week, but it felt clean, and the food and hot springs were very good.
