This captivating tour guides visitors through the stunning baroque cellar, which spans four levels and is supported by thick brick walls. The cellar blends centuries-old winemaking traditions with cutting-edge technology, offering a unique insight into the legacy of Austria’s oldest winery. As part of the tour, guests can explore the rich history of wine production in Klosterneuburg, which dates back 900 years. The experience concludes with an optional wine tasting in the Stiftsvinothek, a historic cellar vault from the 13th century, where guests can sample a selection of the winery’s finest wines
