• Please make sure you arrive on time at the morning meeting point and at all announced meeting points in Hallstatt and Salzburg. We strongly recommend arriving at the designated bus meeting point at least 10 minutes before the announced departure time. Please listen carefully to your tour leader when meeting and departure times are announced. Due to Austrian parking and transport regulations, as well as the schedule of the entire group, the vehicle cannot remain at pickup or meeting locations for extended periods. The vehicle may wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time where legally and operationally possible. If you do not arrive within this time, you may be considered a no-show and the tour may continue without you. In such cases, NextView Tours cannot provide a refund or compensation. Any costs associated with rejoining the group or returning independently will be the guest’s responsibility. Please also understand that circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including heavy traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, demonstrations, or other unexpected events — may result in delays, changes to departure or arrival times, reduced time at certain stops, or necessary itinerary adjustments. We will always make reasonable efforts to operate the tour according to the planned itinerary and keep guests informed of significant changes. However, NextView Tours cannot be held responsible for delays, missed attractions, onward transportation, reservations, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
