skydeck was a very much great way to learn about chicago’s history with the museum before going up. then, the view up top was such a great experience as a first timer in chicago. would definitely recommend going here. plus all the staff was helpful

I bought tickets for 8PM and it was perfect because it was still slightly bright outside and we could see watch the sunset. It was pretty organized and not too crowded on a Thursday night.

Buying on Klook is a great price, the important thing is that you just need to scan the code and go straight up, no need to queue to buy tickets. Skydeck is a great experience, The Ledge only allows 90 seconds at a time so you have to take advantage of it to have beautiful moments

It was a very good experience! It's memorable not only to get a panoramic view of the city of Chicago and see various landmarks from the sky, but also to be able to take photogenic pictures in the protruding glass-enclosed space. The guiding staff are also kind, so you can visit with peace of mind.
