Luxembourg City Bus Tour

This is a concrete example of bad service with no trace of accountability. As mentioned in the booking, the meet up place is at monter de clausen, 15 min, before departure time. We booked at 6:15pm or 18:15, we waited in the meet up place at 5:26 but not picked up even until 7pm - being that, we extend our waiting time in the area. There was one that passed by at around 5:30 but did not stop, and we did not mind it yet as it not our time slot, from then onwards no city tour bus passed by the area. Hard earned money gone to waste, it is supposed to capture good memories of the place yet it somehow left a bad impression, experience of the area. Now, Klook team, and those in charge of this booking, to whom shall we place our concern for reimbursement? or would this review enough on your end, without addressing the concern of your customers? for reference here is our booking no. VQK998485, supposedly for 2 adults for aug29, 18:15 time slot. Let this be a test if reviews do really matter.
