• Pick-up Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers located within the following boundaries: East to Hangzhou East Railway Station; South to the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zihua Road; West to Gudang Bus Station; North to Dengyun Road. We do not offer free pick-up and drop-off service to customers in Xiasha, Linping, Binjiang, Xiaoshan, etc. If you need to go to places outside these areas, additional fees will be incurred. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
• Schedule: Standard departure is around 9:00 AM. The tour generally ends around 5:00 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are our top priority, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. After booking, you can negotiate the best departure time with customer service. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
• Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled at approximately 8 hours. If you exceed this time, an overtime fee will be charged. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.

Warm Reminder: If your hotel cannot be located, you can choose any address within the pick-up area and simply fill in your actual hotel address in the special remarks.

If you choose a Japanese or Korean-speaking guide, you will be refunded a price difference of CNY 100 per order (not per person).
