Cancellation policy

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Due to varying景区 standards, child prices include only a seat, insurance, and tour guide services, and do not include 景区 tickets.
• Maximum age for acceptance is 80 years old. Guests over 70 years old or under 18 years old are recommended to be accompanied by family members or sign a health agreement.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers for the tour with the minor will be their guardian throughout the tour and is responsible for the minor's safety and security.
