Reviews
I basically can't give a score; there was no service. The provider had already informed us that service was suspended, but the platform didn't respond, didn't issue a refund, and didn't follow up. Personally, I strongly advise against booking any hotels or activities through this platform! Previously, when I booked a ski lesson, there was an issue, and the platform never responded, forcing me to contact the provider directly to resolve it! Absolutely, absolutely do not book any activities through this platform!
