Easy to come in. There were no lines at around 10am. Food inside was yummy. Lots of renovation going on at the moment, though, but overall it was a very good experience.

Higashiyama zoo was so vast and had a lot of entertaining info about animals. botanical garden was also magical. got to see the sunset at the sky tower. redemption was easy, just scan the barcode to enter. totally recommend this activity! fun and convenient!

The zoo is divided into two areas. There are many animals in the zoo and each animal is very energetic and beautiful. It is worth the money to go to the zoo. There are many plants I have never seen in the botanical garden and there is a building of Shirakawa-go. It is the best zoo I have been to so far.

In fact, the price is not much different, but it is still good to save the time of queuing and talking to each other. The zoo is great, but those with strollers have to go up to the tower and have to wait in a queue for the elevator. The amusement park is suitable for both big and small children. Individual or one-day passes can be purchased. It is a very child-friendly environment.

About Higashiyama Sky Tower

This is an observation tower attached to Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Chikusa Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It is 134 meters high. (The tower is atop an 80-meter hill, so its elevation is 214 meters.) It was built in 1989 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Nagoya City's establishment. The observation deck is 100 meters above ground (180 meters above sea level), and offers a panoramic view of the city. If the weather is good, you can see Mount Ontake and the Suzuka Mountains in the distance.
