Reviews
Instructions for the pick-up point were provided the day before and is easy to follow. There is one stopover for a quick toilet break. The only downside is that our things got wet from the water leakage on the luggage compartment.
This time, taking a bus from Singapore to Malacca was a much more comfortable experience than I had originally anticipated. The seat space was quite spacious, and there was no pressure on my legs, so I didn't feel too tired even after sitting for a long time. The air conditioning inside the bus was stable, the environment was clean, and the ride was smooth, with no noticeable bumps or discomfort. For someone like me who is traveling with luggage and wants to move easily along the way, it's just the right pace. The customs clearance process was also quite smooth. As long as you allow a little extra time, the whole journey is actually very relaxing. Compared to transferring flights or driving myself, the bus has a bit more of a relaxed travel feel. If it's your first time traveling from Singapore to Malacca and you want a simple and hassle-free mode of transportation, I think the bus is a worthwhile option to consider.
A highly recommended and incredibly comfortable trip.
The bus didn't show up! No way of contacting... no directions... had to spend much more time and money to get to where I needed to be.... not using this anymore
