Sol Spa & Massage Experience in Ha Noi

The place is clean, relax and private (not like some place with a thin curtain). I’m so impressed with every service here. The reception guy is so friendly and polite. He’ll asking about what we’re looking for taking massage (which part we want to focus, how light/strong we need). The massager is sweet and skillful. I feel relax and comfortable here. If I come to Hanoi again, I’ll definitely come here! (They also give you a tasty drink and snack while waiting ❤️)

This spa was absolutely amazing. The reception was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. The therapist gave a wonderfully relaxing massage, truly working to ease all the tension in my body. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure every detail was tailored to my needs. Overall, Sol Spa is the perfect retreat . Highly recommend!

The experience was fantastic! They accommodated 3 of us in the last minute. The foot massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very understanding and careful as one of us had a past fracture. The spa is very clean and well maintained.

The receptionist was very polite, and the masseuse's skill level was excellent; the pressure was perfect, making the massage very comfortable. However, there are a few small things that could be improved. Upon arrival, we weren't offered towels to wipe our hands. Additionally, the towels used for drying off were a bit rough, which made it slightly uncomfortable when wiping our bodies. Furthermore, after our massage, we were not offered any drinks or snacks, which is something we've never experienced in all our previous massages. We had a two-hour massage, and not being offered any refreshments to rehydrate is quite unacceptable.
