Please read this. Even one star is too generous. The company provided incorrect information, and as a result, I was unable to use the service. Despite this, I was only told that a refund was not possible. As a customer, I trusted the information provided by the company, made a reservation, and planned my itinerary. In the end, I couldn't even use the service and simply lost my money. It was extremely disappointing that the company shifted responsibility to the customer, even though the problem was caused by their own mistake. Every part of a travel itinerary is precious, and due to the incorrect information, I lost both time and money. I believe that how a company treats its customers when problems arise shows the quality of its service, and this experience was the worst. I will never use this service again, and I urge others to consider carefully before booking. Seriously, just don't use this company. They are truly irresponsible.
