This was definitely a wonderful experience! Our driver, Ms. Hee Won, was very punctual, she contacted us in advance and was an excellent driver—we felt great throughout the entire trip. We had two wonderful days with the service, and I highly recommend it!

Our driver for 3 days is Miss Lee Ha Na. My hubby and I are very grateful for her driving throughout the 3 days, she’s friendly and accommodating. We communicate via Papago. We also enjoy a meal or two together and had coffee breaks. Jeju is a lovely place with beautiful seas. I loved the windmills and Snoopy Garden!

Our driver experience was amazing! our driver Mr. Kim was easily the best part of our Jeju trip. He was such a delight: he was very communicative, patient, and funny! He went above and beyond; he offered us wet wipes/water bottles, went into attractions to drop us off and help purchase tickets, got us a discount for the Snoopy Garden, added amazing cafes/food to our itinerary and even found stopped at a place for us to see local haenyeos! He was the highlight of our trip and we had such a great time with him. I highly recommend him as not only a driver but such a kind person that made us feel comfortable! Thank you so much!

it was one of the the best way to explore jeju in your own pace , our driver was very polite and helped us recomending places, we were able to cover almost all places our list .

We chose to move around Jeju with LOTTE because there wasn't any restriction. We could drive from East up to the city and then West Side of Jeju. 진석씨 was attentive to our needs (he gave suggestions on Halal eateries). He gave us options on the route to take and we chose coastal drive. It was a pleasant ride throughout that it didn't feel like an hour's drive from east Jeju to the city. He was patient with us (we took more than our intended time to shop). He suggested we get some fruits at the nearest supermarket and helped us to take a photo of Hello Kitty where we shopped once more! A pleasant day with 진석씨 also he should get a pay raise!

Today’s driver was very kind and helpful. He even went out of his way to help me get tickets for the Nanta Show on the same day, when I could no longer book through my app. We truly appreciated his effort. Since it was raining the entire day, he also recommended several indoor places so we could still enjoy our trip comfortably. Although we were not able to complete everything on our itinerary, we were still very satisfied with the service he provided. His initiative and helpful attitude made a big difference in our overall experience.

Van is quite new, big enough to accomodate 9 of is together with our luggage. Seats are comfortable. Drive is punctual and can speak English, communication wise no issue. Overall is good and it is recommended.

Our family of seven took a cruise to Jeju, and we were so happy to meet Nurse OH, a very friendly and thoughtful Korean gentleman. After understanding the places we wanted to visit, he carefully helped us plan our itinerary. We successfully visited every attraction and he safely dropped us back at the pier on time. 😄😄😄✌️✌️✌️👍👍👍
