A huge thank you to Laman Express! We never could have imagined that they would celebrate our special day—our anniversary honeymoon—so beautifully. Their service is truly exceptional—so good, in fact, that I am left without words to describe it. Truly leaving us speechless. The service you provided—from the moment you picked us up at the station until the time we disembarked—was, in a word, incomparable. Furthermore, the beautiful decorations you arranged for us were simply beyond words. We truly wish to express our most sincere gratitude to you, as well as for the food & cake you provided. Grateful for such a memorable experience ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
It's worth a try. Although the car is shaking, it's okay to take a long rest. The whole journey takes 16 hours. The coastal scenery from Hue to Da Nang is beautiful.
the sleeper train was smaller than we expected we were a family of four and We’re prone to dizziness, which is why we often chose the train instead of the bus. Take note that you can take a plane to Hanoi for the same price, but we did this for the experience. I think it was good for the experience, though I can’t say I would do it again.
its my first time riding the train for 17hrs from da nang to hanoi, its a great experience for me, the ride was a bit bumpy but it feels just like turbulence, im curious howd it feel if i ride it in the morning
this was such an amazing experience the bathrooms were always clean, the small cabins were good enough for us to get some good sleep I recommend if u want to experience the scenery traveling from Ha noi to Danang.
We tried the train experience in Vietnam, from Da Nang to Hanoi. The train was old, and the compartment wasn't very spacious, but since we bought one for two people, it was quite comfortable.
Such a cool experience for the family to enjoy. We even made friends with people on nearby cabins... and got a great a great sleep too!
Intersting experience. Would I travel by train again? Probably not. Flights are cheap and convenient. Travelled with parents and brother in the delux 4 sleeper, which was cramped but ok, it must be super awkward sharing a cabin with strangers otherwise. And be prepared for a very rough sleep, like being in an aeroplane on a 15 hr flight with constant turbulence!
The sleeper train from Hanoi to Da Nang is a must-try experience for anyone visiting Vietnam. The service feels premium, with clean cabins and well-maintained facilities, even the toilets are equipped with bidet showers and kept in excellent condition. The journey itself offers impressive scenery along the coast and countryside, making the trip memorable. A meal is included in the ticket, which is both good and sufficient, and there’s also a reasonably priced restaurant cabin available for additional options. Overall, it’s a comfortable and scenic way to travel across Vietnam.
Good experience for a 15-hour train ride. Our facilitator, Kelvin, is very much attentive to everything we need.
