It has been an amazing experience preparing Paella and Sangria here! Hosts have been amazing. I’ve always thought preparing these were easy, but not after the workshop!
very very awesome and inclusive class! we took turns to make a whole jar of sangria and paella. everyone gets a turn to prep the ingredients! very well time spent! Cristal and Evan are very very good host and chef. totally recommend!
Instructors were nice. Fun environment. Big class with more than 15 people but plenty of paella to eat. Sangria was yummy. There were also snacks before paella was served. Do consider that the kitchen gets pretty warm with the stoves on and so many people. Fan was on and windows cracked. Otherwise, met some nice people, learned some new things and had lots of fun!
