Honestly, this was my first bike tour, and now I don't understand why I hadn't done it sooner. For Cologne, it's the perfect format: the cycling infrastructure is so convenient that you can ride completely relaxed and enjoy the city. What I liked most was that we saw many places I didn't even know existed. Guidebooks usually show the same old spots, but here we discovered hidden gems I definitely wouldn't have found on my own. And the guide was simply wonderful: he told stories in an interesting and humorous way, which made the tour even better.
The guided tour of Cologne was excellent. The bikes were great to ride. The balance of active and stationary time was perfect – not too tiring, but still packed with lots of knowledge!
Peter (our guide) was amazing! Learned a lot about Köln. Didn’t know Köln is part of the Holiest cities together with Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Rome. Was really not expecting anything from Köln but Peter changed it and gave me a big surprise about the city.
I had a great time! The staff were also wonderful!
