The bus is quite comfortable and quite frequent. we waited around 15 min for our bus. and Dubrovnik is a charming city!
No exchange or anything is needed; you can use it by simply showing the voucher to the driver. It's that easy. The bus departure time wasn't according to the timetable; it was 30 minutes after the plane's arrival. The bus arrives right outside the arrival lobby, so you won't get lost.

To get to Dubrovnik, you'll probably need to take a shuttle bus or a taxi. The outbound trip is very easy to understand because you arrive by plane and the bus is waiting right outside the exit. For the return trip, I took the bus from the bus stop at the cable car station, but it was a little confusing. There's a ticket office right in front of you, but there was no one there, and some people were wandering around in confusion. When the bus arrived, someone who was on the bus opened the ticket office and sold tickets. The number of buses on the return trip is limited, so it's best to check the official website.
It's visible right outside the airport exit, making it easy to find. You can quickly reach the city bus terminal, which is really convenient for air travelers.
