Yamagata Fruit Picking & Ginzan Onsen Day Trip (From Sendai)

📍 Reservation and Meeting Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants on the same date to form a group. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified at least 7 days before departure whether the group has formed, and unformed orders will be canceled.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
• All important notifications will be sent via Email. Please check regularly to avoid missing key information.

🚗 Itinerary and Transportation Arrangements

• This is a shared-ride day tour in Japan, and you will be participating with other international travelers. Please cooperate with the meeting time and group pace.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day, and specific vehicles cannot be requested. We appreciate your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted in sequence due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the on-board staff.
• On-board staff will provide language assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, but specific languages cannot be requested. We appreciate your understanding.

🍒 Seasonal Fruit Experience

• This tour includes a seasonal fruit picking experience, arranged according to the actual season. Common items and times are as follows:
• Late June to early July: Cherries (representative varieties such as "Sato Nishiki," high sweetness, delicate flesh)
• Early August to mid-September: Peaches (such as "Shiro Momo," soft and juicy)
• Mid-August to late September: Grapes (such as "Kyoho," plump berries, rich flavor)
• Early October onwards: Apples (such as "Sekai Ichi," "Kougyoku")
• Fruit varieties and picking times may be adjusted due to weather, yield, and other factors. Specific varieties cannot be requested, and the picking experience is not guaranteed.
• In case of special circumstances requiring changes or cancellation of the experience, it will be handled according to the notification principles of this tour (Email notification 7 days before departure), and alternative solutions or refunds will be provided as appropriate.
• After picking, you can taste the fruits on-site. Some orchards also offer additional purchase services to take fruits home (subject to on-site conditions).

🧳 Luggage and Eligibility

• It is not recommended for children under 2 years old or individuals with mobility impairments to participate. This tour does not provide infant seats or accessible facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have a tight schedule for transportation, please indicate this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as appropriate.

👟 Attire and Meal Recommendations

• Recommended attire: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes for walking and photo activities during the tour.
• Recommended to bring: A small handkerchief or towel. Ginzan Onsen street offers free foot baths, which can be used after soaking your feet.
• Lunch time on this tour is free time for dining. Please arrange your own meals and choose your own dishes. Staff can provide basic assistance, but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to confirm the content yourself and choose carefully.
