- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Usage reminder

- eSIM usage date calculation: Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone) 00:00 is the day demarcation. After midnight 12 o'clock is the next day, please pay attention when calculating the number of days. For example: activated at 18:00 on July 4th, Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone), that day is the first day, July 5th 00:00 starts the second day, and July 5th 23:59 is the end of the second day.
- Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 (UTC+8).
- After receiving the eSIM QR code, please install and activate it within 29 days. Once installed, the first day of usage will be calculated from when you arrive at your destination and activate the eSIM.

It's difficult to monitor available data for the day..In the morning the speed was fast but later in the day it lags,even amap was diffucult to access. I rather it's better to get a not per day allocation for my kind of usage.
I installed this esim 1 week before my trip to Chongqing,after installing I put it OFF si that upon arrival at the airport I can just swipe it ON and configurate. I was able to access FB,IG,GOOGLE and so on without a glitch.

This is my second time using an eSIM card in mainland China. I was worried that Line wouldn’t work, so I was nervous before purchasing! My first experience was in Japan, where it was very convenient! I chose this all-you-can-eat hotel for this Tibet trip. The signal was pretty good in Chengdu, Chongqing, and Guangzhou. The signal was not very good in Tibet except for the more remote mountainous areas of Ngari. The signal was pretty good in other places. Lhasa also had full signal. Overall, it was not bad, but I wish there were more options for the number of days.
