The itnenery planned was to spend most of the time in the computer museum, but other places are kinda rush. the guide was late for at least 15 mins in the morning pick up. overall it can be improved.
They said there were two pick-up points, one of which was at Fisherman's Wharf, but they informed me the day before that it was downtown. I tried to contact them multiple times without success.
Tour was cancelled with a very late notice on 6/10 for the booking 6/13 SAT (asking us to join another tour just the next day on 6/11 when we are still not in SFO yet). Refund was promised on 6/10 but still nothing processed until today 6/16.
