We initially missed the tour because we misunderstood the pickup time. The company kindly offered to reschedule us for the next day, which we appreciated. On the rescheduled day, we arrived at the pickup point at 8:00 AM, 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup at 8:10. Our companion, who was staying farther away, even took a taxi to arrive on time. However, at 8:09 AM, just one minute before pickup, they suddenly told us the tour was fully booked and that we could not join. There was no apology or proper explanation. If the tour was already full, why did they reschedule us? Why wait until one minute before pickup to tell us? Our entire day’s plans were ruined. They promised a refund, but after I asked when it would be processed, they stopped responding for several days. I accept responsibility for our initial mistake, but their handling of the rescheduled booking was completely unacceptable. The worst tour company experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company.
