Having to scan each item individually for different styles and flavors is not very smart, especially when they're all part of the same order. I've bought these from other stores before and they were delicious, so I was really looking forward to trying this store's version. Unfortunately, the ones from this store were soft and mushy, not good at all. However, the customer service was excellent; they helped me scan each item and retrieve my order.
