Glad we went to Gyeonggi Begonia Bird Park. It is like a mini Tokyo TeamLabs x Taipei Zoo! Just be mindful of the bus time and intervals in Jamsil Station if you will be commuting. BUS 7001 I think is the only bus going there. Naver maps can't detect it accurately too so I posted the bus time table.
If you go in the morning, they open at 10 AM. After the penguin feeding activity ends around 11 AM, the crowds will thin out (we went on a Friday). Then you can loop back around and take pictures at the various spots. // If you buy tickets from Klook, buy the ones with a specific date. The park will send you a confirmation email again one day before your visit (***not an email from Klook***). You need to open and show it to the staff.
Convenience of booking with Klook: Fast entry Facilities: Many birds, as well as flowers and plants, making it beautiful for taking pictures Experience: I would like to visit again next time 🥰
During our winter visit to Begonia Bird Park, we were delighted to find the greenhouse flowers in full bloom. Prior to our trip, I contacted the park via email to confirm this, and they responded promptly and helpfully. Traveling by bus from Jamsil Station, we were warmly greeted upon arrival by two staff members who guided us to the main attractions. The vibrant flowers provided perfect photo opportunities, and the colorful birds, which visitors can approach and even feed, added to the experience. Additionally, the park features alpacas, goats, and rabbits, and is currently expanding to include more attractions. Tip: For those coming from Jamsil Station Exit 5, best time to ride Bus 7001 is at 9:50 AM or 11:30 AM so you can arrive at the park early. The fare is 2800 KRW per way (via cash or tmoney; climate card cannot be used in this area)
A super beautiful garden. You must visit it when you come to Seoul. The wisteria flowers hanging in the sky are very dreamy. There is no such place in Taiwan. If you come to Seoul, you must definitely visit this attraction.
This is probably our favorite place from the whole trip. The flowers were really pretty and the mirror stations were good spots to take photos. It was also nice to see different kinds of birds.
the place is very nice with lots of flowery decorations and animal feeding as well.
Unable to visit the place as it was closed due to unforseen circumstances. Requested to Klook for refund and klook made the process a smooth one.
it was an amazing experience. it was a good thing I booked this activity in klook, otherwise, i might miss it.
It's worth visiting; the wisteria flowers are beautiful. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no alpacas or rabbits. Be sure to check the bus arrival times, as I waited an hour for the return bus. Fortunately, the station had air conditioning. The bus driver on the way there was very helpful, answering my question about where to get off, even though it was all in Korean. He reminded me when we arrived and also told me where to wait for the return bus. The birdwatching area is free-range, so the birds are very relaxed. Some are curious and will follow people. Although the walk from the bus stop to the park is only ten minutes, it's tough when it's hot and sunny with no shade. Booking with Klook is great; it's convenient and offers discounts. Just show the QR code when entering, and the staff will recognize the Klook logo and nod repeatedly before letting you in.
