A must-try in Hanoi! The staff are very warm and accomodating. When we arrived at the spa, they gave us slippers and welcome tea. Then they asked us to choose which oil we would like to be used in our massage. After that we were lead to the elevator and when we got to our floor, the masseurs greeted us and showed us to our room. It’s a huge room, neat and cozy. The massage was great and one of the best that I had! Located right next to Hanoi's St. Joseph's Cathedral, it's easy to find and I arrived without getting lost♫ It's a very clean and tidy spa, and above all, the staff are incredibly kind and I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind even though I don't speak much English♡ The therapist's technique was a perfect 100 points!!! It was so comfortable that I fell asleep and woke up startled by my own loud snoring (lol). I even received an eye pillow as a souvenir at the end♡ It's truly a wonderful spa and an oasis in Hanoi!!! I highly recommend visiting♡♡♡

I booked a 75-minute Vietnamese massage here the day before through Klook. The details are in my review from that time. "MAI," who was in charge that day, was excellent, so I booked another appointment for the next day immediately after the treatment. I noticed that booking through Klook was about 1000 yen cheaper than booking directly with the shop, and when I told the receptionist, they kindly said I could book through Klook. Furthermore, they said they would let me specify MAI. I booked immediately with Klook on the spot. I am truly grateful to the staff. And thank you very much, MAI, for the wonderful treatments you gave me for two days. Your service was the best. I will definitely request you again when I go to Hanoi. Also, a word to people from countries where tipping is not customary: when you receive good service, I hope you will give a generous tip as a sign of gratitude.

This is one of the best spas I found on Klook. I get a massage here every time I go to Hanoi. The therapists and reception are very nice. The location is also great, next to the St. Joseph Cathedral, and I think it's quite reasonable for a spa of this level. Great value for money.

I liked that I could fill in the questionnaire at the beginning about the parts of the body I don't want massaged. At other places, I wrote that I don't want my head massaged because my hair gets all messy, so they didn't do it. It was a private room, but there were times when employees came in during the massage and customers could be heard. The massage was good.

My therapist was a woman named "MAI," and she was excellent. It was perfect for me as I like a stronger massage. I drifted off to sleep many times during the blissful session. I've been to other spas in Hanoi before, and had massages in other countries, but this was the best I've ever had. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the tea and cookies after the treatment. The spa itself is very clean and beautiful. I booked another session for the next day after my treatment, which I will write about in my next review. Highly recommended!

The store is located in a prime location next to the Hanoi Old Church. It is easy to find, but the space is limited and a bit cramped. If you look at the price, the C/P value is really good.

This spa is located right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral in Hanoi. It has an elevator, so you don't have to climb stairs if your feet are sore. After your massage, you can easily visit the cathedral and grab a coffee, which is very convenient.
