- Minimum group size: 6 people. If the number of participants is less than 6, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent 8 days before the departure date. 2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the集合時間 (meeting time). No waiting for latecomers. 3. Children under 2 years old: Meals and tickets are not included. Tickets must be purchased on-site. 4. The itinerary time is for reference only; actual times may be adjusted due to traffic, number of participants, facility operating conditions, and admission restrictions. 5. In case of traffic, weather, road closures, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be adjusted, changed, or some attractions canceled according to actual circumstances, and alternative attractions may be arranged. If there are unused attractions or meals, alternative arrangements or refunds will be made based on the actual situation. 6. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., no beef, vegetarian), please inform us in advance when booking. Meal arrangements cannot be changed within 3 days before departure or on the day of departure. 7. Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance and bring motion sickness medication, rain gear, etc. 8. Natural landscapes such as cherry blossoms, starry skies, snow, and autumn leaves are affected by weather and seasons, and viewing cannot be guaranteed. 9. The Hoheikyo Dam may be adjusted due to season, weather, or on-site conditions. If it cannot be visited, Hiraoka Tree Art Center or other alternative attractions will be flexibly arranged. 10. The guiding language will be adjusted according to the composition of travelers on the day. Explanations will be primarily in Chinese; English or Japanese supplementary explanations can be provided for important attractions, meeting points, and safety information. 11. If you need English or Japanese communication, you can ask the tour guide at any time. 12. This service provider reserves the right to make final itinerary adjustments and interpretations.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
