- How to use the pass from customer’s email
- Download the Smartvisit app (App Store / Google Play)
- Create an account and log in
- Add pass: tap 'Add Package' > enter booking reference under Pass Number/Booking Reference > select 'Athens' as Destination > tap 'Add Package' again
- Register the pass: choose 'Me' (self-use / multiple passes on one device) or 'Assign To' (allocate to another user's device)
- Access the pass in the app; tap the pass image to view included benefits
- Included attractions: Acropolis ticket is emailed with these instructions; the pass unlocks the selected additional site(s) in the app. Most sites need advance booking (up to 5 hours before visit). Pass valid 3 consecutive calendar days from first redemption
- Audio tours: available in the audio guide section — recommend downloading over WiFi
- Extras: additional experiences can be purchased directly in the app

- Additional sites can be visited up to 3 days after first entry to any included site
- Entry tickets can only be booked up to 5 hours before the visit
