- Q. Can I book for more than 2 people?
- A. Since this is 1:1 custom eyelash extensions, 1 person can be booked for an hour. ex. Make a reservation with 2 people → Book on 13:00 and 14:00 / Make a reservation with 3 people → Book on 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00 ※ However, if there is a reservation in the middle, CS Team will contact you via email.
- Q. How can I communicate?
- A. There is a staff who can speak English well. However, a conversation is not possible in Chinese or other foreign languages.

Easy to communicate what style I wanted in English. My lashes came out so natural and the length I wanted. I got a classic cat eye set. It also didn't take too long only about a hour! Also a good value for full set compared what it is in the US.

You pay more for curls of 4 and they also charge for removing your existing lashes. Paid extra ₩50,000 and they to not wash and clean your lashes before planting new ones. End result, not bad but was a little disappointed that she doesn't clean eyes. 45mins and it's done. Good experience
