I was 10minutes to the tour due to traffic, and realized there is no contact for the tour company on the Klook platform. I had to reach out to Klook separately and wait for them to get back to me. By the time Klook emailed me, it was too late the join the Prado part of the museum. When I finally got into contact with the Amigos tour service, they were extremely rude and unaccommodating. However, they said I could get the Prado ticket and go myself (even though I paid for the guide). I was able to join the Reina Sofia part of the tour. The guide was great. But then When I asked for the Prado ticket, the guide said this wasn’t possible. Absolutely negative experience, both with Klook and the tour company.

This was a fantastic tour. We had enough time to see a large number of paintings in both museums and we were able to return to either of them on our own after the tour ended. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the exhibits. She did a great job keeping the group interested and focused on what she was sharing about the paintings we viewed.

This is a worth one day trip to three cities and not so rush. Diargo and Germa are very professional guides cause they take care everyone. And the driver is a best driver who has technical and good driving manner too. If you don’t have time for research and planning visits three cities in one day, that’s the one let you more relax in travel.
