Busan, Gyeongju, Pohang Charted Taxi Tour departing from Busan

We had a smooth and pleasant trip. Mr. Kim, our driver is very kind and patient with us. The day went so fast and everything was taken care of smoothly. It was a good idea to eat lunch at Soomins restaurant, the clams and other seafood choice was so good, fresh, and reasonable in price plus it has over looking view of the ocean. I wish we had more time to explore Gamcheon village. We will definetly be back and stay more days.

Since we're a family of four with kids, chartering a car was very convenient for us. We specifically mentioned from the start that we would be bringing a stroller. However, when the driver arrived, he told us that the trunk was already full and suggested we put it in the front seat. This would have made our seating very cramped, and the driver didn't seem willing to compromise. Fortunately, we contacted their charter service customer support right away, and at the next stop, the driver reorganized the trunk to make space for the stroller. The rest of the trip was smooth and comfortable. The driver even recommended a cafe where we could enjoy shaved ice while looking at the ocean. Overall, communication was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We went to all the places we wanted to visit in Busan in 5 hours! Our driver was a very nice man. He was a prompt and cautious driver...it was like having your own Korean uncle drive you around. He spoke very little English but our contact from booking through Klook can easily send him messages. This beats the tour bus and waiting on a big group. Probably saved us 3 to 4 hours. I would highly recommend if traveling in your own group.

Mr Yeungeun of Car 8570 is excellent!! He is patient, communicative and friendly. He could speak a bit of English, drives steadily and safely and even though he’s not meant to guide us, he would follow to the entrance to help us take family photos and when it started drizzling he even brought umbrellas into the tomb grounds to look for us.! We had an enjoyable 9 hours visiting 1. Bulguksa Temple 2. Seokgurum Grotto 3. stopped for lunch at Bokgil 4. Daereungwon Tomb Complex 5. Hwangnidan-gil. when we couldn’t find our way back to the parked car, he came searching for us too. Would highly recommend his services.

The driver came before the time we indicated in our booking . Super punctual and friendly . While there were some language barrier , we managed to communicate through the customer service guy who texted us on our ride and details . Will recommend this , if you want a hassle free ride .

The driver was very friendly and did his best to communicate with us using a translation app, which we really appreciated. Even though his English wasn’t perfect, he made sure we were comfortable and understood the plan. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to see most of the places we wanted to visit. The car was clean and the ride was smooth. Overall, a pleasant and reliable service — would recommend!

He was also a careful driver and even took care of the items we left behind in the car. It was our first time in Busan & traveling with children, so it was very helpful to be able to visit the places we wanted to go at our own pace. We were happy to have so many pictures taken.

I booked with this company because I have a group of 7 and wanted to pick specific BTS sites. My group did everything we wanted. Our driver Mr. Kim was excellent and very nice. He made our tour so wonderful. when in Busan and you want to hit a few spots, this is the way to go. The point of contact was also amazing. Quick to respond. At one point, we got lost and couldn’t find Mr. Kim so I message my contact and within a minute, contact was made and we were connected with Mr. Kim. Again, wonderful company and easy to work with. Please use them. You will not be disappointed!!!
