Viva Jiva Spa Experience in The Landmark Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok

Clean place, good service, friendly and very professional staff. Overall good value, good location, in a hotel, next to the train station.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. The scrub oil is very fragrant and comfortable. The massage jockeys have very professional gestures. I will go to Thailand next time if I have a chance. If there is a discount, I will definitely repurchase.

On the last day of my trip, I experienced a 90-minute aromatherapy massage. It was my first time having an aromatherapy massage, and it felt so good that my body felt lighter. It was on the 9th floor of the Landmark facility, and was located in the basement, accessible through the entrance next to the poolside (the door on the left in the first photo). It was very clean, and at the end of the massage I was given hot tea and sweets. As I was due to return to Japan on a late-night flight, I was very grateful that I could take a shower after the massage and they kindly lent me a hair dryer.

The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Nana Station. It wasn't crowded on a weekday afternoon, and the masseuse's technique was skilled and precise. The herbal ball hot compress was very comfortable.

It is located in The Landmark Hotel and opens at 11am. It opens almost exactly at 11am, so you have to go on time. It doesn't open early. If you show your reservation number when you go, you can proceed right away, and after purchasing the voucher, you can reserve your schedule in advance.

I booked my first massage after checking into the hotel, but it wasn't confirmed for the time I requested, so I went in person to book a time. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I explored other places and experienced Bangkok's traffic, arriving 35 minutes late for my appointment, but the front desk staff I saw in the morning greeted me with a kind smile and said it was okay, for which I was grateful. I drank an unknown tea and received a 120-minute aromatherapy massage. The aromatherapy massage was calming and deep. As I received it, I felt the comfort of my mother bathing me in my memories. I feel the desire to receive it again. Thank you to the kind staff.

The technician's gestures were very good. I wanted to strengthen the massage on my shoulders and neck and she helped immediately👍🏻 But there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. I was the first person to go to the spa in the whole day, but there were hairs in the bathroom and there were some stains on the towels. The look was a bit bad🙏 🏻

The overall experience was comfortable, the technicians were professional, and the value for money was excellent.
