Extremely Poor Tour – Complete Waste of Money This was one of the worst tours I have ever booked. The guide arrived very late and showed zero professionalism. There was no proper explanation, no storytelling, and no real guidance at all. She did not take us to the main street or key attractions. Instead, she just stood outside, gave a very short explanation, handed us a map, and told us to explore on our own. This is absolutely unacceptable for a paid guided tour. If customers have to take selfies, walk alone, the Google Maps is enough, then what is the point of booking a tour guide? Anyone can do this for free without paying Klook. This tour felt like a self-guided walk, not a professional tour package. It was a total waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend this tour to anyone.
