If you're heading to the Great Wall (Mutianyu), you need to go with Zhao Shifu (Zhao Jin Fu). From the start, he was professional, and jovial. The car was spotless, and he'd even prepared water and snacks for us. He went above and beyond to accommodate my mom who was injured. Zhao Shifu was incredibly patient from the moment he picked us up, helping her in and out of the car, finding the gentlest walking routes, and never once making us feel rushed. Felt very safe while he drove us the entire way. And on top of everything — he turned out to be a fantastic photographer! He knew all the best angles. His friendly, positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful day into an enjoyable and reassuring experience. This wasn't just a ride to the Great Wall — it was genuinely great service. We can't thank him enough. Hands down, the best driver we've ever had. Highly, highly recommended.

Spring festival at great wall is very fantastic , cherry blossom start blooming that is very beautiful. The summer palace is nice place but a lot of tourists on Sunday. The car service with ticket is the good option for family and friends that need to enjoy good experience in Beijing.

driver contacts me day prior to confirm trip. prompt pickup. car is comfy n clean. driver is friendly n updates us on journey as well as intro us more places to visit. Abt 1.5h ride to mutianyu - still crowded, but definitely lesser than badaling. then another 40min ride to water great wall (huanghuacheng) built nx to a dam - Park is desserted (<10 people - wonderful for photos). Can revisit HHC in the summer when the boat rides n high elements (flying fox etc) are open ;)
Highlight of our trip! Driver drives smoothly. Our tour guide Lily is approachable and easy to be with nd she gave us a lot of trivias about China. also I felt like were just a family walking around Great Wall of China with our guide Lily. many thanks to our wonderful lady Sherry we had tours before but as her not really, contacted me as soon as I booked, came right on time, she’s nice, helpful, offers a lot of information without asking, gave us options not a rigid schedule at our own pace, provided us with alternative routes and had a life time experience in the helicopter in the grate wall of China she arranged it very efficiently .. historical knowledge and kept us interested for the whole journey. her generosity is beyond words gave us 2 souvenirs as gift and thats a thing of many .. also the driver Zhang was very nice driving cearfullynot rushing, highly recommended
Our guide Master Sun contacted us a day ahead of the tour to personalise the itinerary to our liking. On the day of the tour, he was early and waited for us at the lobby. His car was clean and provided with a variety of snacks. He was attentive throughout the ride, sharing with us bits & pieces of the Beijing he knows and grew up in. He also bought our chairlift & toboggan tickets ahead for us, and described to us the different routes to take according to our preference. On the way home, he gave our son a panda plushie & a fridge magnet souvenir too. We definitely recommend him as he was very professional, friendly, patient & down-to-Earth !

He also takes the best pics! 😆For my fellow solo travellers, Chen’s guidance really makes the difference in enjoying and understanding these popular sites such as The Great Wall. I had a great few hours in Mutianyu, and the toboggan slide is a must try. I also had some time to explore Huanghuacheng by myself and I never felt rushed, super relaxing in the cool weather. - The Basic Transportation Package does not include Mutianyu Great Wall tickets. On the day of the trip, the driver will assist you in booking tickets. The license plate number of the service vehicle will be registered simultaneously during booking. Once successful, the vehicle can drive directly to the parking lot at the foot of the Great Wall, eliminating the need for an additional scenic shuttle bus, saving transfer waiting time, and making it more convenient to ascend the Great Wall.
- The Transportation + Ticket Package and Transportation + Guide Package already include Great Wall tickets and round-trip cable car or toboggan. The guide will tour the Great Wall with you, explaining its history, and will also give you free time.
