Okinawa: Onna Blue Cave Snorkeling & Diving Experience | Cantonese Instructor

This diving experience was an amazing memory. Special thanks to instructors Tommy and Jimmy for their professional and friendly guidance in Cantonese throughout the entire activity. They even helped us take a lot of beautiful photos, which was so much fun. Okinawa's Glass Sea definitely lives up to its name, and the Blue Cave was breathtaking. The blue light was crystal clear, and it was hilarious lining up in the sea for the first time to take photos! The instructors were attentive with their one-on-one guidance, and my 15-year-old son felt very safe and enjoyed his first diving experience immensely ^^. The entire team of instructors was full of energy and sunshine, providing attentive care while being stylish and chill. After the activity, we could walk to the shop for showering and changing, which was convenient and comfortable. We're grateful to have encountered all of this.

I signed up for the snorkeling + diving trip at noon on August 16th. The introductory scuba diving experience was made much more pleasant by the instructors' ability to communicate in both Chinese and English, and their overall friendliness. It was raining while we waited for the group to assemble at the white tent on the shore, but luckily the rain stopped just as we were about to get dressed 🍀. The full set of diving gear was ALL BLACK and looked really cool! After boarding the boat, the instructors carefully explained the precautions to take after entering the water. Scuba diving was a maximum of 2 people per group, so the more timid members received one-on-one guidance from the instructors, which made us feel more secure. The instructors also checked on the students' condition after we came ashore 👍🏻. We received several free underwater photos, allowing us to slowly recall the beauty of the underwater world that day. The introductory scuba diving experience was so much fun, and I look forward to returning to Okinawa for diving again. I highly recommend experiencing diving in Onna Village, Okinawa, it's truly beautiful! The coastal scenery from the boat to the dive site was unbelievably gorgeous! I had the pleasure of meeting a snorkeling instructor who happened to be from Changhua, just like me, and he was a sunny, handsome young man. He was very gentle and kind (secretly, he was really handsome 🤣, handsome enough that I wanted his IG, but I'll have to wait until my next trip to Okinawa). Although the Blue Cave was crowded, the instructor patiently took us inside to take photos, and along the way, we saw many beautiful fish 😍. I found the DayDayGoodDays dive shop on KLOOK, and it was awesome 😎 👍🏻

Everyone had a great time snorkeling! It was the first time for my older and younger sons, and Coach Mo took great care of them. She also took a lot of beautiful pictures for us and successfully took us into the Blue Cave. The cave isn't very big, so you have to queue to take pictures. Of course, we didn't waste time; we took a few pictures inside the cave and went out to play. It was awesome and beautiful! I booked through Klook with Cantonese-speaking service, and the price included everything: parking, boat fees, and showers. I compared several options, and some required separate payments for parking, boarding, and showers. This one was hassle-free and even included about 20 photos (for the family). However, we rented a camera ourselves to capture these happy moments. I took hundreds of photos! ???????? Very worth it. The whole family is satisfied! Thank you!

We went snorkeling with a Cantonese-speaking tour group. When it was time to depart, a flag was placed to mark the meeting point. Coincidentally, on that day, only my family and I chose to snorkel. Our instructor was professional, very attentive, and enthusiastic. He explained the important things to note for snorkeling, helped us adjust our equipment, and taught us how to use it. Once in the water, we held onto the float and followed the instructor closely. We were able to see various fish and underwater wonders in the Blue Grotto. The sunlight created shimmering reflections on the water. During the activity, the instructor also helped us take photos as souvenirs. You can also bring your own waterproof camera. It was an unforgettable and profound experience.

We were the only ones at the session we went to. The male instructor who led us didn't seem to speak Chinese very well, so a female instructor accompanied us. She was very nice and cute, chatted with us the whole time, and even shared which attractions other customers didn't recommend visiting 🤣. Unfortunately, the water was a bit murky that day. I hope the next time I go, the seabed will be beautiful 🥹.

Signing up on Klook allows you to connect via WhatsApp, which is definitely the most convenient option for Cantonese-speaking Hongkongers. Our instructor, Ah Mo, was super attentive and gentle throughout the entire experience, from explaining everything to guiding us in the water until the end! Process: Meet at the gathering point and board the boat. It's about a 10-minute boat ride to the Blue Cave (personally, I recommend the earliest time slot for the most beautiful view). You'll be in the water for about 40 minutes, and the return trip is another 10 minutes or so. After getting off the boat, it's a 2-minute walk to the shop where you can shower and change. Finally, thank you, Ah Mo, for making our Okinawa snorkeling experience safe and enjoyable. You also took lots of pictures for us. Thank you so much! 💓

Our tour guide Kenji was awesome! we did thr English speaking tour and he only focuses on our group of 4. He was thorough in explaining what we would be doing and great at showing us fishes and great photo ops we would of missed if we went by ourselves. Hreat experience and would book again next time we come visit.

Fantastic experience! I had never gone snorkeling before, but the instructor instilled confidence and reliability. He made sure we were okay the whole time and took beautiful photos that he sent to us after the activity. Their shop was a 2-minute walk away, and they took us to shower and change in the changing rooms. Highly recommended!

Our family of three participated in the 8 AM snorkeling activity to avoid the heat. We were the only family that day, so it turned into a "private boat tour." The journey to the Blue Cave took less than 10 minutes. The water was incredibly clear and calm. Our instructor, Sam, was very patient and explained everything in detail. He was also very attentive and focused on safety, even taking many photos and precious videos for us, leaving us with wonderful memories of our Okinawa trip.

Coach Samson was very nice, always smiling, and highly professional! He led us to many places with coral fish and explained the underwater environment. Most importantly, he spoke Cantonese, which made communication easy. We rented a camera, and the coach was very kind, helping us take beautiful photos. The pictures turned out great! After getting back to shore, there was a place for us to rinse off. My whole family was very satisfied with the entire trip, and we hope to book with them again.
