Our tour was enjoyable and fun, our guide Guna was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting and the general surrounding areas as well. Food recommendations at the restaurants and sights were catered to preference and delicious as well.
We enjoy our 1st trip to Batam. Our guide Gunawan is very polite and helpful, and he is also an excellent photographer helping us to take many amazing photos during the trip.
