AN'S Spa & Massage Experience in Ho Chi Minh

my first spa experience in Vietnam. didn’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the superior service, attentiveness and care of everyone on the staff. Will be back!

1) The staff there speak good English; there's no problem with communication. 2) I booked the 195-minute "comprehensive recovery therapy", which is great value for money. 3) The shop is run professionally, with a form for customers to fill out before treatment to indicate their massage preferences (strong, medium, soft for different parts of the body). 4) There are lockers for us to store our bags, etc. 5) The yoghurt served while I was waiting for my turn was delicious. 6) The two cats "guarding" the shop are adorable. Conclusion: Highly recommended! And while tipping is not "required", may I strongly encourage the customers who are pleased with the service to offer gratuity to the therapists as a gesture of appreciation? Their work is truly hard work.

I've been here for 3 times exceptional service. Both the massage and the customer service are superb. Highly recommend this spa.

Nice boutique spa in District 1. Easily accessible with Grab anywhere from the city center. Nice and helpful staff, they can communicate in English without any issue.

It was another hot afternoon in HCM and we decided to escape the heat with a massage session. With so many shops to choose from, I totally relied on my search on Klook for the best recommendations. Found An’s massage near my hotel, and decided to walk in because I was afraid that they wouldn’t accept my voucher on the very hour itself. We were elated that there were slots available and they also accepted my payment via Klook (which is also discounted compared to the listed price in the shop). We had a 90 min massage and the hot stone by therapist Kim Puong and Kim Ngoan. I went for massage regularly in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. I must say they are quite skillful and spot on. I usually like to try out different shop for experiences, but I might just go back to this shop again. Found a therapist who can sync with me. A seamless experience all the way from payment via Klook, last minute booking, massage session. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Cute cats btw

It was really comfortable but 195 minutes was a bit too long 🤣 We all fell asleep! At the end, you can write a feedback and check the tip box (but since the price already includes the tip, you can decide whether to give it or not) The cats in the shop are very cute

loved the head massage. first one I got in Vietnam and it was a very interesting experience. the heat packs added a nice touch!

Great massage! The therapist knew exactly where to press to get rid of my knots and it was quite intense (I like it deep though)! We got pre and post massage snacks o and the electricity got cut halfway so that was q funny, otherwise, 10/10 would recommend!

I headed to Prague to arrive 15 minutes before my 2 PM appointment, but I arrived 2 minutes before due to traffic even though it was a weekday. I couldn't drive right up to the store, so I had to get out on the opposite side of the main street and cross the road, but I was too scared to cross... The traffic jam and crossing the road were unexpected. The treatment was 60 minutes but felt like 30 minutes because it was so pleasant. I wanted a stronger massage so I chose a male therapist. He did everything according to the order sheet. All things considered, I was actually in the store for almost 2 hours, petting the cat and feeling healed, so I was very satisfied.

I visited another An’s Spa outlet and was impressed, so I decided to book another session at a different branch before leaving Saigon for my flight home — and I was not disappointed. Just like my previous visit, the masseur was highly skilled, disciplined, and very attentive, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Massages are performed on beds separated by curtains. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and tea with light refreshments or fruit is served before and after the session. The shop also has adorable cats that you can take photos with! Highly recommended.
