The director's introduction is detailed and full of enthusiasm, the fan boat itinerary is smoothly connected, and there is a great ecological experience in the Everglades. I also saw crocodiles.
I gave the more expensive fan boat and half-day tour, but arranged a cheaper trip to Biscayne Bay. It felt like the staff did not figure it out and let me get on the bus. I have shown the order I bought, the tour guide. It’s Mexican, it’s Spanish, because the whole car speaks Spanish, except for the lesser guides who speak English and get on and off the chaos, others are fine.

I'm disappointed with this tour. I only bought a city tour, not a yacht. According to the voucher with 3 stops are Little Havava, Wynwood and Bayside Market. Actually, I was cut off from Wynwood. Car through Miami Beach, Coconut Grove but just sitting on the car, listening to the introduction. In general, if the time limit is not too short, choose Hop on hop off. Under the 4-hour tour voucher, I pick up the car at 9am, 10pm before picking up all the guests and 12h has ended.
